The Vatican has made a lot of their monthly publications covering the official documents from the time available online. When I am saying "a lot" - then we are talking about "yearbooks" from 1865 up to 2007 - each about 550 pages. Also there, and probably of interest to historians are Vatican documents dealing particularly with World War II - there we are talking about 9 volumes, also of the same length. Very good that these documents are available online, and probably helpful to many people.
While one is on the Vatican website - why not take a virtual tour of the Sistine Chapel? I have to admit, this blew my mind - absolutely spectacular. This will need a a very fast internet connection, though...but definitely worth having a look.
